Meet Aaron Holdridge.

I have a strong background in athletics, with experience playing both football and baseball at competitive levels. I attended Lutheran High School, where I developed my foundation in sports and began to understand the value of hard work, discipline, and teamwork. After high school, I continued my education and athletic journey at Azusa Pacific University, where I further honed my skills and deepened my understanding of athletic performance and development.

For the past four years, I’ve been dedicated to training and coaching athletes, helping them build strength, improve technique, and grow both physically and mentally. I’ve worked with athletes of various ages and skill levels, focusing on performance training, fundamentals, and long-term development. Whether it’s on the field, in the weight room, or through personal mentoring, I’m passionate about helping athletes reach their full potential and become the best version of themselves.

I remain active in the sports and fitness community coaching at Lutheran and mountain vista in the past couple years in the weight room! I take pride in leading with purpose, energy, and a commitment to excellence.

I hold a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), along with current CPR and AED certifications.
