Meet Adrienne Hartney.
Adrienne has always loved sports and being active. This love started as a child and eventually got her a Division I volleyball scholarship. During college she received her BS in Kinesiology and her AFAA personal training certification. Adrienne started personal training in 2007 at Equinox Fitness Club in Palo Alto, CA. Then after a few years, she switched to corporate fitness where she personal trained and taught group fitness at Lockheed Martin as a Health Fitness Specialist.
After working her way up to a fitness center Program Manager position at a Silicon Valley tech company, she decided it was time to move out of California. She had met her now husband, Kit, years prior, and they decided it would be nice to move towards family. So they packed up and moved to Colorado. Adrienne quickly found a job as a fitness coach at OrangeTheory Fitness. After a couple of years, she then switched to working at a local Physical Therapy office as a Kinesiologist. Where she learned how the body recovers from injury and surgery, and what therapy exercises are best for a quick and strong recovery. After learning what she could from the physical therapy office, Adrienne moved back to being a fitness coach at her original OrangeTheory studio. Where she is still working today.
Adrienne in her down time loves to be with her family, including her husband, Kit, her son, Rowen, and their dog, Ansel. Adrienne continues to pursue many different sports including sand volleyball, skiing and biking. She also loves to be outdoors and go camping, rafting, hiking and mountain biking with her family.
Adrienne has a passion to help others feel their best. Maybe it means emphasizing mobility training, core training, balance or more functional strength. Each person’s body is unique, and each body needs some help to function the best that it can. Adrienne likes to help people get there.
