Meet Naida Gonzalez.

Born in South Texas and raised in Mexico, fitness and athletics have been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember. I earned my bachelor's degree from Franklin & Marshall College in Pennsylvania before moving to New York City, where I spent two years teaching high school physical education. During that time, I also coached track and field and floor hockey, helping students build confidence, discipline, and a love for movement.

After teaching, I decided to turn my passion for fitness into a career and made the transition to personal training. My decision was inspired by something I noticed in many of the gyms I attended: a lack of women in the weight room. I wanted to help change that. My mission is to empower women to feel comfortable, capable, and confident with strength training so they can walk into any gym and train independently.
As a lifelong athlete, I competed in softball and track and field as a sprinter, and later found my passion in powerlifting. After a major ankle injury shifted my fitness journey, I transitioned into calisthenics and fell in love with the strength, mobility, and body control I developed.

Today, my personal fitness goal is to step into the world of bodybuilding and continue challenging myself through new training disciplines!
