Jay has been training in Colorado for over 15 years, with a background and education in physical therapy. Jay has a wide range of clients as his knowledge and experience has allowed him to become an expert in all aspects of training from weight loss to athletic performance to injury prevention and rehab.
What Jay likes most about training is the relationships he builds with his clients while helping them reach beyond their goals and making fitness a lifestyle as oppose to just a quick fix.
Dominic Atencio was originally only interested in the body building aspect of fitness. After some impressive results at a young age he eventually developed serious back problems due to lack of focus and attention to the importance of core strength, Balance, flexibility and stability. Dom had to start physical therapy which was such a blessing because it was an eye opener to his mistakes he made over the years.
It also was also a catalyst to starting his career as a personal trainer 7 years ago.
